Built Up Area Boundary
A Built Up Area Boundary (BUAB) defines the area within which planning policies allow development. Outside this area the land is considered to be 'countryside', where development is usually only allowed in exceptional circumstances.

The Parish Council has been invited to comment on the draft criteria for reviewing the BUAB and our Neighbourhood Plan will provide input to, and form part of, this consultation.
